Creating a website to help others was an idea my wife Cathie had back in the 90's, but because of unfortunate circumstances, it never came to be for her. Cathie was a Bakery chef that graduated from "Le cordon bleu" in Chicago and she loved to cook, and was always trying something new. 

Cathie taught me a lot about cooking, baking and now I love to do both. But my passion was more in the realm of home decor. Which was pretty fun for us both since we were both into changing things around for the seasons.

So, I got to thinking one day. Why not try creating a site that brings creativity and passion to one spot. I know there are a lot of websites that offer cookware and home decor, but I wanted a site that would be inviting to both food lovers and home decorators of all levels.

I know these days everyone is busy including myself, and finding time to do certain things is difficult. But hopefully we can offer some tips and tricks to make life just a little easier.
